Chief Medical Officer guidelines recommend all children and young people aged 5-18 years should engage in moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity for at least 60 minutes every day. All TGO Shortened and Mini Range products are designed with development and ability in mind, to prevent over working of joints and muscle groups that should not be stressed in young bodies.
The Lower Overhead Ladder is a shortened version of our full size Overhead Ladder. It's designed specifically to protect users of small stature and young people under 1.4m tall. Transition from one side to the other, individually or in friendly competition with family. Kids can also do a range of pull up exercises too and enjoy swinging between the nine overhead bars. There are two step up bars, to facilitate getting on and off the equipment safely and easily. It's a low maintenance, static piece.
The intuitive design of the Lower Overhead Ladder inspires first-time visitors to try it out. Used regularly, this unit helps to build upper body strength (especially shoulders, arms and back), as well as hand eye coordination and agility.
To create the most inclusive strength and play station for all ages, why not add an Overhead Ladder too? Let the playful races commence between Mum, Dad, brother, sister, Nan and Grandad too! Last one to the other side washes up after dinner, go!
